• Suitable for use in the oven up to 260 degrees (including the lid up to 220 degrees).
Instructions for use
Instructions for proper and efficient use:
1. Before initial use it is recommended to rinse with soap and apply a thin layer of oil.
2. Since the product has high heat conductivity, it is recommended to use low to medium heat to achieve better cooking results.
3. Use a high heat only to reduce medium to medium-high heat liquids for cooking and frying low heat for heating food and preparing fine sauces.
4. Avoid extreme temperature changes. Let the product cool before cleaning to prevent distortion that can result from extreme temperature shock.
5. When cooking, it is recommended to use a six-tool from silicone or wood, do not use with sharp tools such as a knife or fork.
6. It is recommended to clean the tool immediately after using soap and water only. Do not put any dishwasher in the dishwasher.
7. Color change: Overheating and extreme temperature change may cause brown or blue spots, it is not a defect in the product, it happens as a result of using too high heat.
8. Do not use the tool without liquids and/or leave an empty tool on a heated stovetop.
9. Make sure that the heat source touches only the bottom of the tool and does not climb the sides of the vessel.
