In a telephone consultation call, you can receive professional guidance for optimal suitability of the mattress model that suits the nature of your sleep.
However, in order to allow you to feel the mattress in its natural environment in your home and in continuous use, we invite you to receive the mattress, take off the nilons and enjoy a better sleep.
After completing the purchase transaction, you have 60 trial nights from the moment you receive the mattress****.
During this period, you are entitled to one replacement of the mattress model or cancel the transaction without cancellation fees on the mattress***
If you are not satisfied with the mattress you purchased, you can contact us in writing by email: [email protected] or by phone 03-9533119 and we will be happy to be at your service.
If you wish to cancel the transaction within 60 days of trial, then the mattress will be collected by us from the customer's home at a cost of 150 NIS*, all subject to the fact that it is reasonably used for sleeping purposes.
In the event of a return subject to the above, a full monetary credit will be given on the mattress (without cancellation fees) which will be made within 7 business days.

**Delivery times may vary in exceptional cases such as remote residence. In such a case, the customer will be updated in advance accordingly.
A request to change a mattress of other sizes from the original order (e.g., as a result of an unsuitable order on the part of the customer), will be charged a replacement fee of 500 NIS, beyond the measurement differentiations.
